Aufgabenbeschreibung

• Managing assigned resources and effectively tracking budgets and financial forecasts
• Creating and tracking detailed project plans
• Effectively leading and facilitating project meetings as well as proactively controlling project scope, risks and issues.
• Provide timely status reports to all stakeholders and escalate issues to the appropriate management level.
• Manage multiple projects on a global level in an matrix environment
• Effectively manage the projects across global locations and time zones and be able to travel internationally as needed
• Collaborating with affiliate, global and above country teams to engage them in the transition of legacy systems to the EpiCX ecosystem
• Collaboration across all product and service teams within the EpiCX program
• Collaborating with IT and our external strategic partners to deliver the business requirements
• Collaborating with other parts of the business who are providing resource to be part of the team that this role will lead within the matrix organization in order to implement the platform and business processes
• Assess, Interpret and translate Regulatory, Legal, Safety and Compliance policy to drive harmonized business process creation
• Is responsible for acting in line with legal, regulatory and company standards and codes of practice

Erforderliches Profil

• Min. 7+ years of experience as a successful Information Technology and Business Project Manager using structured project management processes, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time on a global level in a matrix environment
• Min. 5+ years' experience of matrix leadership (no direct people management)
• Deep understanding of various SDLCs (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps)
• Deep understanding of technology architecture and dataflow across complex system
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
• Ability to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects in the program as required
• Demonstrated competency planning and tracking project schedules with clearly defined critical paths
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities
• Demonstrated success communicating across a variety of audiences, including business people and technologists (both up and down the organization)
• Exceptional listening, problem solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated success handling initiatives of significant complexity and risk

Nice to Have

• University degree in Business Administration or similar
• PMP or similar Certification
