Einführung
As a preferred supplier for Tecan Group AG in Männedorf, we are looking for an individual as
IT Site Manager Service Delivery Switzerland
(permanent employment, 80-100%). The earliest start date is as soon as possible. Up to 40% home office possible per week.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
- Responsible for two sites in Switzerland with around 700 employees
- Provide IT support and resolve problems, incidents, and service requests
- Participate in various IT system engineering tasks and projects
- Provide insights, analysis, prognosis and forecasting of service incidents and status
- Defines close relationships with all Business teams to align and ensure proper service delivery
- Collaborate with all IT teams to follow up on service incidents, critical infrastructure topics, improvements, and new requirements
- Lead and shape service management methodology, processes, and governance
- Define and maintain global Service Catalogue and application portfolio
- Establish knowledge management for IT Operations
Erforderliches Profil
- Basic IT education
- Several years of experience in managing or directing an IT Operations/Service organization
- Experience in ITIL, service management and execution
- Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development
- fluent in English, German would be an asset
- Experience with MS Client Applications, MS Operating Systems, Desktop Client environment, Cloud, Mobile Device environment
- Good knowledge of agile mindset and agile competences
