Senior IT Systems Engineer - Network
(permanent employment, full time) with home office possibilities. The earliest start date is as soon as possible.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
- Leading and supporting infrastructure projects to drive continuous improvement of IT infrastructure
- Transferring IT infrastructure know-how within infrastructure area
- Providing 3rd level support ensuring high-quality and user satisfaction
- Further developing our Microsoft 365 environment, LAN/WAN environment and AZURE services
- Reports to the Head of Engineering & Cloud Technology
- Develop and enhance of IT infrastructure systems and services and processes
- Maintain and extend our existing IT infrastructure landscape
- Manage AZURE services and M365 integration
- Operate IT services and applications and execute IT engineering tasks
- Support services like SAML / Proxy / ADFS / FW
- Maintain and extend global network environment (switching / routing / WLAN)
- Provide 3rd level support and resolve problems, incidents and service requests
- Implement business and IT requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, services and standards
- Document IT Services, changes and follow internal procedures
- Install, test and configure various IT hardware, software and equipment according company standards
- Report and solve technical IT issues with suppliers and vendors
- Identify, organize and solve cases according to priority
- Ensure that security policies are followed
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedure
Erforderliches Profil
- Recognized IT Education(Example: Informatik Richtung Sys-tem-Technik, Fähigkeitsausweis)
- Diplom, Fachausweis Informatik (HF) or equivalent
- Deep network knowledge / Cisco CCNA / SISE certificate
- Scripting experience (PowerShell)
- MS applications and OS experience
- Min. 6 years' experience in IT
- Microsoft Server Applications
- LAN/WAN administration
- Concepts / documentation
- Network administration

- German fluent oral and written
