Einführung
As a preferred supplier for Roche Diagnostics Int Ltd in Rotkreuz, we are looking for an individual as
Business Process Expert
(contract for 12 months, with possible extension). The earliest start date is asap or within two months. Remote/Homeoffice max. 3 days a week possible.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
- Manage, update and optimize various data driven business processes
- Cooperate with the Diagnostics IT team/Accenture to fix and adjust inefficient processes/bugs
- Creation of tableau reports from various data sources
- Support affiliates with data related requests and queries
- Manage the transition and impact of the implementation of new tools and processes
- Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and data performance issues/errors
- Use automated tools to extract data from from primary and secondary sources
- Support initiatives for data integrity
- Train end-users on reports and dashboards
- Work with various stakeholders to identify process improvements opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies
- Document and share knowledge among colleagues of current process and calculations
- Transition activities and responsibilities at the end of the assignment to a new team, which will be built in Spain
Erforderliches Profil
- Min. Bachelor degree or Master degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science/engineering etc.
- Min. 5+ years' experience in Business Process Management, preferred in the regulated environment
- Min. 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience and Process optimization, preferred in a software integration projects
- Hands-on experience in Large Data Sets management and Database management
- Hands-on experience SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake and Salesforce
- Fluency in English spoken and written
- Strong communication and solution orientation, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex organizational or technical problems
- Ability to translate business requirements into non technical, lay terms
- Excellent facilitation, organizational change techniques and stakeholder management skills
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
Nice to Haves:
- Roche experience
- German is a plus
- Spanish is an advantage
- Agile experience (Scrum, SAFe)
