Aufgabenbeschreibung

• Join the sourcing team in the day-to-day business of specialist recruitment with administrative support, candidate acquisition, profile screening, first contact, contract negotiations, interviews and final placements.
• Coordinate with and be a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers from first contact to final place (360° recruiting).
• Coordinate interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with the implementation of digital candidate acquisition measures.

Erforderliches Profil

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of formal education, or must be in the final stages of getting your degree.
• Demonstrated practical experience or a background in recruiting, IT, pharma, or life sciences is a plus.
• You must have fluent German (B2-level) and English
• You are efficient, a quick learner, a digital native, communicative, like to think outside the box, a team player, take responsibility for tasks assigned to you, and you are courteous and professional when communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet keyword search and understand SEO and SEM principles.
• You must be already based in Switzerland
