Together with the sourcing team, you will run online talent acquisition campaigns and will identify suitable candidates and talents in the IT, Pharma, and Fintech sectors for our client assignments in Switzerland.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
- Join the sourcing team in the day-to-day business of specialist recruitment with administrative support, candidate acquisition, profile screening, first contact, contract negotiations, interviews and final placements.
- Coordinate with and be a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers from first contact to final place (360° recruiting).
- Coordinate interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with the implementation of digital candidate acquisition measures.
Erforderliches Profil
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of formal education, or must be in the final stages of getting your degree.
- Demonstrated practical experience or a background in recruiting, IT, pharma, or life sciences is a plus.
- You must have fluent German (B2-level) and English
- You are efficient, a quick learner, a digital native, communicative, like to think outside the box, a team player, take responsibility for tasks assigned to you, and you are courteous and professional when communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet keyword search and understand SEO and SEM principles.
- You must be already based in Switzerland
